IMO I'd say
Tailgate and door handles painted white along with the mirrors (although I see your taking care of that)

HID's (if you dont have them already)

Remove the F150 off the tailgate

Shorter antenna or antenna relocation (no antenna)

and personally Id go for a different grille or maybe do the front emblem white. Idk something just looks off to me with the chrome grille black emblem and white paint.

Other than that....theres not really much else you can do on the outside it looks good!

I like the STX sticker BTW

i definitely agree with ag0r33 about painting the front emblem white. he did his and it looks freaking sick on his white truck. and do those headlight covers just pop on?

What size wheels/tires are those? They are the Incubus Recoils, correct? I was thinking about doing recoils as well, absolutely love those wheels! Truck looks great!

you need to remove that crappy osu plate and go get yourself a hook 'em plate! hook 'em plates increase resale value as well.

take some rubbing alcohol or 3M adhesive remover to the "GTO" on the blackout covers front and rear to get rid of the emblems

Nice rig...Id paint to match a skull cap on the mirrors.
