My buddy has a 2010 Tundra and its actually really nice, it has had FAR less issues than my 09 F150. Not saying Id trade but its no piece of junk thats for sure.

Your '09 F150 is the first run of a new design, there's always going to be issues. The troubles with the Tundra have been ongoing in various forms since it was redesigned in 2007.

I have a f-150 and drive a 2010 tundra on a daily basis... the only thing that I like about the tundra is that it has power compared to my f-150 otherwise it has nothing to many issues. Not that it isnt nice but the ride and such isnt as nice feeling imo.

I really don't want to derail the Toyota bashing, but some of the issues the 09-10 F150s have shouldn't be occurring even if it was a total redesign which it wasn't even that.

I have been a Ford guy my entire life, my dad has owned Ford trucks forever, I have owned 4 mustangs and currently own a Mustang and F-150. The only thing keeping from trading in on something else is Ford did give me a free 5 yr 75K warranty because my truck has been in so many times.

I believe it, just wasn't sure if you were talking about your Tundra or your F150. I love my F150, but my DD is a Toyota. Just sold one with 200,000 miles and now have another Yota with 86k. I was curious how the new 5.7 in the Tundra is holding up in these newer Yota's

Don't worry the guy in the Tundra wasn't racing you, his accelerator was stuck.

Nice one!!

I'm glad others enjoyed my rant, I had fun with it but now I have to get back to work and line up another VW trans to rebuild... so I can pay to keep this Ford paid for and fed
