Yes, unless you have a painted surround already like in my case. You can snap out the inner section from the outer and transfer it over.

 

Looks good-and in a couple of weeks you will forget what it cost.

 

That looks like the same grill I have on my XLT with the chrome pkg. Is it? Except for the painted surround, mine is also chrome.
EDIT: Never mind, the H-D bars go all the way to the outside whereas mine stop and have a different piece on the ends. Looks great BTW!
