Spotted a 2011.5? EB on the way home today
Sorry for the crap pics but it is all I could manage from my i phone while staying in my own lane.
First off this thing will be durability tested based on the way this guy was driving it (like he stole it). 90+ mph with some bursts of WOT acceleration.
Things I noticed:
-No noticeable exhaust tone when cruising next to it but the exhaust has quite a bark to it when the gas is stomped.
-The decal in the back window had some ID numbers on it along with "2011.5 TT". This could be a hint to the relase timeline for the EB.
-This was an "off road package" lariat based on the decals.
-The ecoboost logo on the lower door is hard to see in the pics but its there.
-From the piles of mud on the step bars he did at least a little off roading with it.
-The front end looks a little lower than current 4x4 lariats, you can see the rake in the pic but it could have been an illusion.
