4X4 with 4" vs 4X2 with 6"

I have a 2010 Lariat 4X2 (only needed 4X2 for my needs, live in Hawaii so no bad weather, only thing I'm towing is my motorcycle) and wanted a 4" lift but there isn't one. I know the 4X4 sits up higher then the 4X2. Would a 4X4 with a Rancho 4" lift sit about the same height as a 4X2 with a Pro-Comp 6" lift? Both having 35's...

Thanks everyone for constructive answers.

I figured it would be pretty close bc the 4X4 at stock sits higher but only has 4" of lift while the 4X2 sits lower at stock but has a 6" lift

the 4x4s only sit higher because they have different springs for wheel travel that is associated with off road situations. as such i imagine that even though ford makes probably a dozen different springs for the front and rear and the left and right sides respectively, a small manufactuerer who sources their springs from Eibach, Deaver or the steel mill down the street is only going to carry springs for the left and right sides in 1 rate and size. that said im confident in saying that the 6" lift will sit 2" higher than the 4" lift.
