And, for the record, everybody knows somebody that had problems with every vehicle. I have friends that won't come near a Ford because their dad thought he had to replace the brake pads on his F150 too often. I guarantee there are people out there that have had jsut as many problems with certain Ford vehicles as there are that had problems with other manufacturers. Brand wars make me tired.

I guess I've been lucky, but I've driven vehicles from all 3 of the big three and there isn't one of them that I wouldn't purchase again.

Good choice, according to this head to head the SHO is cheaper, is faster, brakes better, handles better, and gets better mileage.
This is not accurate. The SHO definately is not cheaper. I paid the same for my 300C as I did for my F-150 Lariat. $11K off MRSP. Try doing that with a SHO that startes at $44K in this area. They are very similar 0-60 and in the quarter mile and, like I said, the Hemi is loafing. THere is plenty of potential to up the ante with this engine. I drove both. The handling is not that great on the SHO. I don't like front drive vehilces, so maybe that was it. I'll believe the mileage claim when I see it. None of my Fords are even close to what is posted on the sticker. The Chrysler isn't great on gas either, but it at least is in the ball park of the posted numbers.
I'm not knocking the SHO, but let's keep are facts straight. Do you own either car? If not, you have no basis.

I have been in a magnum R/T and a 300c more times than I can count, I may not own them but I have a buddy with the magnum and another buddies wife has a 300c. My friends new tundra beat his wifes 300c. The 300c may well be cheaper after discounts, but to be quite honest just look inside both and you will see the clear cut quality difference. Of course all just my opinion, but I do have some hands on experience too.

I do not own either car but I posted a non biased head to head comparison of the two and the SHO was in fact cheaper (MSRP), faster, handled better, stopped faster, and got better mileage. Proof is in the head to head pudding
Well I own one and have driven several SHOs before I made the purchase. The SHOs all had MSRPs $4-5K more to get similar equipment. Magazines are BS. I'm talking real world driving. I wasn't all that impressed with the SHO.
