Miles On the Truck

Well I bought My truck On July 14 this Year and I only use it to pull My Baja Boat to the lake really. Yesterday I went for a drive and took it for a drive down the historic Route 66, what a great day warm, clear, and it finally hit 1500 miles on it.[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]

Lol good lord, whats your hand calculated mileage? I reset mine while driving on the interstate and its cool to see 30mpg avg, but it sure drops quick when it needs some throttle.

What engine, gears as well?

That started in the 2010 MY so they could use the same part in the FX4 & FX2.

Downhill in a hurricane. He was in another thread bragging about getting 29mph hwy with a 5.4 4x4. Some of these meters come out of factory whacked and need to be recalibrated.

26 MPG.Quite possible depending on on where and how you drive. On the 09 I had I got 26 also driving from Durango CO to Tuson AZ.That is a very long distance. When I headed north only around 22 MPG.I don't know why but I always get very good MPG's in that area.Maybe they have real 100% gas.

WV, it's the altitude, combined with the mountain gas. The best mileage I ever got was from Durango to Colorado Springs on 85 octane.
