My dad and I went to the local Ford dealership.. He has been interested in the 2010 or 2011 Lariat Screw because it offered the 6.5 foot bed.. We began to discuss with one of their sales associates and he began to tell us that the only bed option with the Screw was the 5.5 bed. When directly on Ford's website you can build a Supercrew with even an 8 foot bed! I just want someone to verify without a doubt the supercrew DOES exist in REAL life with the 6.5 foot bed. I know 110% sure it does. I've seen ones on here, but I was immediately turned off shopping their if they don't even know what products they sell!

if you were talking with them about the new 2011 Lariat with the new 6.2V8 engine, it only comes with the 5.5 bed, no 6.5 bed option yet (maybe in 2012 though).

 

I made sure I told them the 2010 and they made it seem like they just had none on the lot which we knew, cause we looked at everyone they had. Then they continued to tell us that option was not available.

 

i know you can order a 2011 Xlt Screw through ford with a 6.5 ft bed. I am currently stationed in iraq and ordered it through our exchange out here.

 

2010 screw you can get a 5.5 or 6.5 bed
2011 screw you can only get the 5.5; like said people are hoping that the 2012 screw offers the 6.5 bed

you cannot get an 8' bed with a screw on any model; only a regular cab offers the 8' as far as I am aware

 

You also said you ordered your 2011 with a 5.4. I have news for you - you ordered a 2010. You can't order 2011's yet.

 

all i know is we have an exchange out here we can order new cars through. I am currently serving in Iraq. They told me its a 2011 that i was ordering. all papers say 2011. i know they order them through ford. So, the way it was ordered was as i stated.

 

2011 can have both 5.5 and 6.5

We can built them in Canada. But for the 6.2L it's only with the 5.5

 

If you did in fact order a 2011, it won't come with a 5.4, sorry. It's discontinued. If their pre-order sheets say 5.4, they are incorrect.

 

If you want a Screw w/ and 8ft bed you'll have to step up to a Super Duty.

5.4 - 310hp / 365 lbs/ft

5.0 - 360hp / 380 lbs/ft

 

Yea i was turned away when i knew more about the f-150 line of trucks then my salesperson. I got tired of her making up something and being wrong or telling me she would ask someone and find out.
