Platinum grill question

I have a 2010 Lariat with chrome package. I love the truck but saw a platinum and like that grill better. Is it possible to buy the grill and just put on? Is the platinum one chrome or silver-ish? Anyone have up close pics of the grill?

It is " silver-ish " more platinum metal looking with a finish that appears to be like precision ground tool steel bar stock. ( IMO ) that is the best way I can think to describe it. I will try to get some pics of mine tonight and post them for you.
