maybe, maybe not...most likley yes.
The only reason you shouldnt is if the projector housings require a DS1, or DS2 projector bulb, which i doubt because 99% sure EBAY projector lamps are made for halogen bulbs. 100% guarentee that with a H13 kit plugged in the output will look like ****.
Sorry to bust your bubble man, but its the honest truth. The only way to go is a HID retro these days.
However it is your truck and your dollar...so if you want the euro look, minus the lighting output...go for it!

When you say HID Retro, do you mean replace the entire housing, lens, turn siganl etc with an aftermarket kit?
If so, what do you recommend? I have a 2009 Lariat.

It depends on the lights your getting if the H13 will work. I know on the Girl Friends truck the projector headlights ran a H1 bulb for high and low beam.
As for the retrofitting it would be taking a projector assembly out of a different vehicle that has HIDs stock and making them fit into the factory housing of your truck so it has the proper projector not a cheap ebay one meant for halogens
