First Ford Truck - Lovin' it so far.....

Hey guys, new member and proud Ford owner saying hi.

Just recently purchased a 2010 Screw in Sterling Grey, really liking the truck. I used to drive a 2008 Sierra and the Ford seems more like a man's truck to me.

Only mods I'm thinking about currently are cosmetic, but will sure be looking at some leveling and blocks down the road.

Can't wait to get my Triton hooked up to do some fishing.

Nice truck I love the sterling grey, seems to look shiny and clean even when dirty. Hey, what's the XTR package?

I believe it's the fuel efficiency package Ford released in 2009.

Honesty, I ordered my Platinum in January of 2009 and to this day, this is the first ever XTR truck I've ever seen.

Your truck is a very unique one, good sir. Looks great!

I think it is the same as the chrome package south of the border.

May be unique for the US, but fairly common up here in Canada.

Step bars
Different grille
Exhaust tip
Driver keyless entry pad
Fog lamps
Chrome wheels
Chrome tow hooks
Power heated mirrors
Leather wrapped steering wheel
Chrome door/tailgate handles

XTR is indeed the chrome package up here in Canada, costs about $2000 more. Mines an XTR, they just didn't put XTR stickers on in 09.

I guess I stand corrected haha. The fuel efficient model is the SFE.

Nice, so other than probably having the 4.6 engine, what does the SFE have?

I think the SFE was an 09 only thing. I know it had the air dam thing that all f150's have now.

I think it has like a 3.23 axle ratio or something weird too, low rolling resistance tires, 2WD

Nice Dutcha, I also have an XTR in the same colour, 2wd scab, 5.4 w/3.55's.
Did yours come with the tow kit bag of relays and harness in the glove box ?
