2010 paint flaking

i bought my 2010 screw 2 months ago and about 2 weeks ago noticed what looked like a mosquito wing on my hood. i gently brush it off and realized it was the clear coat. Brought it to ford and took pics and ford stated it was negligence on my part or environmental and wouldnt be covered. So now i have a truck with 3300 miles on it that has a nickel sized crack in clear coat a smaller one on the oppiste side. I had a 2006 150 in the same spot for a 1.5 yrs and have a 2006 fusion that parks next to it and nothing. Also the roof doesnt have this problem so obviously its ford fault but they refuse to fix it. Im going to a couple reputable body shops in the area to get quotes and there thoughts on whos fault so i can go after ford. Any ideas to help or any have the same problem?
Thanks

This is true. They have to fix it; there is no choice. Start making some phone calls.

I brought it to the dealership and they buffed it and said there is nothing else called ford and they said it would be covered. Went back to the dealership for pics and then ford denied them. So who else do i call??? Im going to stop at a couple body shops and have them give an opinion then Im gonna call consumer protection today but I have no clue what else to do. Was gonna go buy a different company but im gonna lose way to much on this thing.

If Ford said it would be covered have them send you that in writing for your documentation.

Then wave it is the face of your dealer.
