6.2 or Eco Boost, Which one

Eco all the way..
But I'm biased..
So far so good on mine.. All I can say is towing my #5000 TT with it, I look forward to the grades because that's when the Eco shines... Cruising easily up a 6% grade at 60 mph in 4th gear and pulling just a tad over 2500 rpms is nice..
I missed that old V8 rumble for the first couple of months.. But I'm now liking the turbo whine and the little growl you get out of the exhaust and just how quiet it is overall.. Guess that's mostly because I'm old and don't need to announce my presence from over a mile away anymore..
Get the motor that suits YOUR needs and don't give an F what other's do..

2014 Fx4 3.5L EB XLT Supercrew Mileage Report
Okay, so I just put my first tank of gas through my (new to me, 16k miles) 2014 Fx4 3.5L EB. All city miles, no tow or hauling. I got 15.8 MPG. This is actually 2 MPG better than the '98 Lexus Sedan (V8) I was driving! I know the original thread was a truck comparison but I sure would have liked to get a 1/4 mile baseline time before I traded in the Lexus! I think the truck is faster!
