it was 15 here this morning....and I know for most that is not too cold....but remember I am in the south....where in the summer the heat index was 120....so any thing in the teens is pretty crazy for us....

Cold is anything below freezing - and COLD is anything below zero F. I know it goes below zero in NY. I know - that's not AS COLD as it is in Manitoba, but it's still awful nice to have a block heater.
