What I miss the most is turbo whistle and soot clouding the poor folks. And knowing I could pull anything I could attach to the hitch...

I have a cold weather package on my f150- 2009 plat. didnt know it until it was in my driveway. ( was on dealerr lot, dealer to dealer trade) they also lost my lockin wheel key. so that was fun for them purchasing all 15 from that date range.

anyway. its a re-circ- coolant type. keeps things at 120 er so. ( per cyl head temp on edge programmer).

i let it idle about 1 min. and off i go. start getting heat about 1 block away when the temp gets up too about 150deg cyl head temp.

dont realy notice a jump in electric that much over what it is anyway in the winter.

its sad the truck sits out. but wife gets the garage.

everyone have a great week.

I've been reminiscing about my F-250 block heater myself lately. I'm actually surprised mine didn't come with one.

-32..... well that's Canada for you. 16 here feels like -1 and this blowing snow we have had all day is a PITA, but I did get to screw with the 4WD on the new truck. So not a terrible day....
