I finally dropped the truck off at the dealer. He sent some guys out in the truck and told them not to come back until they'd heard the noise. They heard it...but can't pinpoint it. He is doing some other warranty work on the truck and those parts won't be in til next week so he'll deal with the rear window at that time.
He said it could be a few things, maybe a seal, a broken bolt, or maybe the whole glass needs to be replaced. Said he won't know which it is until he has the glass company come in and look at it.
Overall I'm very happy with their response. He said he'd have it taken care of one way or another. I was surprised...I really expected a boat load of BS from the dealer and all I got was high quality service. Much better experience this time than the last time I used this dealer. It's been a few years and there is a new service manager.

Mine does it all temps. It's strange...sometimes it won't do it at all...other times you'd swear the rear window was about to rattle right out of the truck. Sometimes just turning a corner or changing lanes will cause it to start making noise...almost like the truck flexes just enough to make it shift.

I do want his rims though...he's got 18 in wheels. My 20's don't ride near as nice...but 20's were all they had left on the lot when I went.

I had this rattle. Had to drive the mechanic around with him in the bed of the truck to trouble shoot !
I also had the 'we can't replicate the squeek' the first time i took it in. Ends up it was raining that day, and the rain 'lubed' the window so the squeek didn' occur. came back a few days later after the seal dried out.
In my situation, it was the rear window (manual slider) that was loose and squeeking when the body twisted over bumps. window removed, seal lubicated, window installed and fasteners torqued. no issues since then.
