Door Speaker Wire Adapter?

Door Speaker Wire Adapter?
Has anyone seen a plug and play connector to go from the factory door speaker connector to an aftermarket spade connector? The guy at best buy told me it doesn't exist. I think it must.
I know I can either splice into, and add a wire with my own spades, or chop the factory plug right off and crimp on my own spades, but I'm feeling lazy.
I have a '10 f150 quad with a base stereo. Do the '08 trucks and '10 trucks have the same speaker connections? I have found some on ebay for the 05-08's. ----> http://cgi.ebay.ca/2-Pairs-Metra-72-...item483e4f8f7e

Your link looks similar but I cannot confirm. I believe crutchfield has adapters for speaker connections and my include them for free if you buy speakers from them (probably a better deal then best buy with more chices to boot). I cut the clips off of my speakers and soldered on some new wire because the stock wiring is very short.

I ordered mine from Crutchfield. If you're not worried about saving the stock speakers, you can make your own by unsoldering the female side of the plug from the speakers and soldering on a new pigtail. I did this on one of my previous trucks and it worked great.
I've usually always run new wiring and bypassed the stock wiring in my previous trucks but these adapters sure made it easy to add aftermarket speakers :-)

Funny about the best buy guy. I bought my Alpine SPS-507 front door speakers for my 2010 F150 XLT and the wire adapters from there also.
The floor guy had to talk to the radio installer in their geek squad radio install area. They had the adapters. I forget the price maybe around 10/pc. Worth it no cutting.
