2011 5.0 FX4 test drive **with bad pics**
So today I took my father in law to trade in his old GMC work truck and get a proper truck. Looking at the 2010's for a few hours we were wandering the lot. I asked what he had in 5.0 or EB and he had a White Screw FX4 fully loaded.
Got it warmed up and took it for a bit of a spin. First impressions are that there is a lot of light coming off the dash. Nav system, buttons, gauge cluster, and LCD do light up a lot. I have never really needed to turn down brightness on a dash before but I had to today. Played with the mytouch system, really cool system. Went through the screens and really liked what some of the options are. Took off and immediately noticed the really aggressive exhaust note. Then I decided to step on it, fast and what a great sound. I really want to drive a 5.0 Mustang now! Drove on the highway where I noticed there is quite a bit of noise on the highway (no more than my truck but not much quieter). Went to where I left my truck, parked next to it for comparison. I thought my truck was big? Jesus this STOCK 5.5" Screw was damned close to the size of my 6.5" Screw lifted with 35's. Gave it some gas back to the dealership and looked at it there. One thing I noticed was the e-locker in the rear end when you put it in 4x4, that could be useful!
Overall I think the interiors are pretty good, a little busy for me, the truck is HUGE for a stock truck, very visually appealing, very quick, and VERY expensive. Fully loaded this thing was 55k CAD. If I needed a new truck I would buy this bad boy. However I have a new love for my truck as there isnt that much of a difference between my 2007 and this 2011 to make me spend another 35k.

Nice one!
And to the OP, you most likely played with the Sync system or NAV touchscreen, but not MyFordTouch as the F-150 doesn't have it yet, unless the Canadian versions do for some reason, but haven't heard anything about that.
