i see alot of people saying you should get at least 20% off, so that would put it around 32000. Thats a good starting point. There is a lot of info out there to help you get the lowest price possible. I would recommend reading this https://www.f150online.com/forums/bu...d-vehicle.html
And remember the most important rule, you can always walk away if your not 100% satisfied with the truck and price.

For my 2011 FX4, many dealers offered me dealer invoice as their selling price. The best one I got was $600 below dealer invoice, so I asked the local dealer to match it, which they did. If you can tap into their dealer holdback, you are doing pretty good. For a $42K Truck, dealer holdback is about $1100. Plus I get rebates at the time of delivery and any preferred cash. I would recommend requesting 2011 literature via mail from Ford as they mailed me $750 in preferred cash (essentially another rebate) that is good through 3/12/11 (the day the MSP auto show begins). I'm hoping my truck is delivered in early March as Ford usually has an auto show bonus. If my timing is right I can get $2,500 in rebates, $750 in preferred cash, and $500(?) in auto show bonus rebate off the dealers price. The wait is what will kill you, not the price!! Good luck.
