Yeah, the 5.4 has been around for too long- that's the problem. Now for the first time in YEARS, Ford has the best engine lineup
We can't be far apart. I will put you out of your misery and trade you straight up for mt 2001 Ranger with 151k miles on the clock. Yeah, it's past the mileage it was designed for, but it's still going strong.

Please buy the EB ! In '04, I was lucky to buy an 04 FX4 that needed a cam phaser, so everyone please buy an EB and beat on it so I get one of the 'proven worthy' ones !!

If you do enough reading the 5.0 and the 6.2 are also "certified" for 150,000 miles.

The 4.6 and 5.4 were "certified" for 100,000 miles.
