Hi. I have been a Ford man since I started driving, restored a real nice '77 F100 back in the mid 90's ( just a "redneck" resto but turned out real nice, my first foray into a full on wrecked non running vehicle and turning it into a diamond in a goats a$$.)

Had a 97 full size ext cab for awhile (14mpg). Went to an '05 Port trac Adrenalin edition until a few months ago when I picked up a "new to me" '09 with 9200 miles on it. Beautiful truck and tows my 6600 lbs boat with ease. I put the chrome pillar strips/door and tailgate handles/bug flector on it and bought and installed a peragon retractable tonneau cover. I love the cover and will say that i have no problems with it so far and it opens and closes quite easily. The bed is sprayed w/ line-x as well.

I am putting in (next Saturday) 4 new 5x7 polk audio DB series door speakers with a powerbass 75x4 amp and a 12" powerbass sub pushed by a mono powerbass 600x1 amp thru a PAC audio sound processor. I am keeping my factory head unit as it has everything i want anyway, no sense in fixing it if it aint broke!Cant wait for that, my Adrenalin sporty had an awesome factory system but i think this will be even better, I'll know soon enough. I plan on most likely changing out the front rotors and pads to EBC, had on my sporty and what a difference. Also probably go with better shocks, i know the factory oem type usually are not so great and it is a cheap and easy improvement.

HA! Wish i had 'em:o! Sold it in "2001 for 3000 grand and not a day goes by I wish i had'nt. Put close to 2000 hours and about 6 grand in it, nothing was original except some wiring, was really nice. Had the 300 straight6 and i had it bored w/head (3angle and larger valves w/ roller rockers) and the offenhauser intake and dual headers w/380 holley. It was a beast though! 3 on the tree, remember those??? It was a powerful rig and pretty as all get out. Loved the 97 and the 05 sporttrac but this 09 is incredible, like a Lincoln but brute force! i am getting low 17 mpg combined and will do the new Gotts mod today and am thinking about a programmmer. I like the Edge, but man there is alot of info out there. I also want to do a cat back exhaust eventually.

Here's is a pic by the way- I don't know if the pic adding ( to a post) is always done by asking for a url but if it is it sucks!

This is the bed cover. I really love it. Opens and closes easily and keeps most of any water out. It folds up close to the cab, about 12 inches, and i think it's great! had an ARE full 'glass cover on last truck and hated that i couldn't haul anything tall.
