TFNG (The...well...the new guy)
Alright I have some questions on how to add some creature comforts to my newly purchased ford f150 XLT 2009. whoop whoop I want to add some power adjustable pedals, sync system, and back camera and backup sensors....and I would like to do this all with stock ford stuff...I have read on this forum already and I have seen Pat's thread on the adjustable pedals, so that is taken care of. But other than that I just need to know about adding sync, and also taking the back seat out for me to add some sound system equipment. How do you hook up an amp to the stock HU? Well sorry about the small novel I just have a lot of questions...Thanks in advance guys!

FYI - there is an Audio section to the forum you should check out. You'll find lots of pictures of amp board installations behind the rear seats in the various cab configurations.
You'll also find plenty of information to add a system to the stock head unit.
Adding SYNC - can't help you there. I don't recall reading a thread about that.
FWIW - a decent aftermarket head unit can do everything that SYNC can do (plus more), in addition to providing a better sounding system.
