Has anyone taken off the decal on a 2011. Im picking mine up sat. the dealer is thinking it is drilled into the tailgate. This decal is on oneline, not like 2010's look. What was ford thinking, putting that stupid decal there anyway..lol

 

I had the dealership take it off mine. No holes. They suggested I save it in case the next owner wants it. It's in the glove box.

Had them remove the STX decals as well.

Yea, just glued on. Not sure why they feel the need to put all of the badges and decals on. I thought they made my plain jane F150 look like a toy truck. I was glad that the dealership was willing to take them off.

You enjoy your truck. It's definitely a nice trim level. I think that Ford did a mighty fine job with the 2011 F150.

 

Just so i got this right, Your decal was the horizontal decal without the leaf graphic correct? I agree with you about the decals. I even told my dealership not to put there stupid decal on my truck.

 

I'm pretty sure we're talking about the same thing. It is the one with the leaf, on the lower passenger side of the tailgate.

Nice photoshop work...haha I was at the dealer before, and told them to take it off. I posted pics of the truck, brought the camera to the dealer
