Had the transmission flushed Oct 2010, and the plan started leaking in November. Issue was a pinched 'lifetime' pan gasket, a new one was installed.

Took it in this morning for leaving puddles in the parking lots everywhere. This time its the electrical wiring harness bulkhead fitting on the right side of the pan. Ford only sells a replacement bulkhead assembly, total estimate with labor $335.70. For a leaking o-ring. Problem is the pan needs to come off, which dramatically increases chances of another bad gasket down the line.

Truck rolled 75,500 miles this last week. I'll add this repair to my slowly growing list of service expenses.
