You could always go this route.
Personaly I don't see why gas is getting so high. Are the oil companies stocking up their bank accounts for tougher times? I'll keep driving my F150 but to think how much gas prices have risen in the past couple of years is crazy.
With my political viewpoint, having the government control something else in my world like gas prices is out of the question. So, then what do we do to get get this to change?

It is the 45 billion dollar quarterly profits that **** me off. Obviously they aren't losing money or spending extra to produce the gas we are buying. I hear they want to go to a mileage tax system. Electric and hybrid cars don't buy any gas or less gas which pays none or less road taxes...
