Hi folks! Just wanted to say hello--I picked up my 2011 F-150 V6 4x2 Supercab truck on Wednesday and plan on spending a lot of time here!

Here's a terrible pic:

One question: do you guys suggest putting a K&N air filter in these new trucks or is it just really not helpful?

Look forward to getting some great truck info here!

Welcome to the site. A CAI does very little performance wise unless you have a custom tune and the K&N seems to be the least desirable. I would spend that money on a tuner at some point.

Yep, it's a 3.7. So far I've been really happy with it--about 600 miles driven. I'm now wondering if I should have thought a little more about parking this 19' in the parking garage at work, though.
