Make sure you know where it is between the SuperCrew, SuperCab, and Regular cab. With the supercrew it's oddly hidden(take out back tray, undo wingnuts on passenger side). I think the SuperCab and regular cab have them located under the passenger seat.
I wonder if you will have a hard time proving that they never gave you one?

But the dealer is supposed to check for a jack, its part of a P.D.I. checklist that they have to complete before they can sell the vehicle. If the jack is missing, the tech doing the P.D.I. is supposed to report it to the service manager, who will then call Ford and have one shipped. The dealership is the one to blame in this instance, because they are the last on the assembly line who double check the entire vehicle for anything wrong, including recalls or T.S.B.'s before it goes home with a happy customer.

I agree, I was a service adviser for Hyundai and I was responsible for P.D.I. and had several customers come back not knowing where the jack was. My techs were very good and thorough, so I'd just walk out with the customer and show them where it was. Some car manufactures make it very difficult for someone who has very little knowledge of cars to change their tire if they get stranded in the middle of nowhere.

I'll work on that when the wife gets back from her errands.
