It's easy if you have the tools for the job.I have a 2 post lift so I didn't need the floor jack or jack stands.I also installed a 2" AS leveling kit on my 06 and I didn't need a bottle jack on that truck but I did need the bottle jack on my 11.
This is what you need:
15mm,17mm wrenchs and deep sockets
30mm deep socket- 1 1/16" will also work
1 1/16" wrench
18mm deep socket
21mm deep socket
small bottle jack
floor jack
jack stands
hammer
An air ratchet or impact gun will help, but can be done without

Sharp truck. I'll be curious to see if that leveling setup changes your potential mileage.
When my '08 was new, I painted the rear wheel wells with rubberized undercoating in the aerosol can. It looked good for a while, but with all the gravel roads I run I have shotgunned it to the point it is coming off. I suppose I could have prepped it better, but it was clean and naturally kind of rough.
