how to safely remove nite shade
ok so as you can see below i painted the light edge around the outside of the harley lights i got. I taped it off but this painters tape didnt stick to well and some seeped under the edge of the tape. Ive tried mineral spirits, purple power and carb cleaner which is only ruining the plastic. any experience?

What ever you do, DO NOT use any form of gun wash, or paint thinner to try to clean them. Yes it will remove the paint, but run a huge risk of also it will melt/haze the plastic lights. 1500 wet sandpaper, alot of patience, and a quick power polish will fix it. Have someone also hang on to the lights by hand when you polish them.
