I have a F 150 Super Crew XLT 2009 4.6L 2WD
The cluster computer module keeps acting up...the dealer has had it for about a month... gave it back to me could'nt figure out what was wrong they replaced the cluster still it acted up...5th time back to the dealer they have no clue what to do.

has anyone had any issues where the wrecnch shows up on the alarm and than all the alrms go off..ac shuts off and the truck goes into 3rd gear.

Right now I am pressing them for a new a truck...I live in FL so we do have a lemon law. I have not yet gone that way trying to work things out with the dealer.

any ideas?

 

Call the headquarters and fill them in on whats going on, let them get in touch with the dealership and see if that helps any, if not press for a new vehicle as I just had an issue with my 09 which has been at the dealership 70 plus days. I pressed for a new truck and Ford came through.

 

working on new truck... the dealer has been in touch with the Ford Motors on the issue...I hope it gets resolved soon.
