Perma-seal in the headlights is a Royal PITA!

I used a 1/2" chisel, it cut the permaseal off the clear lens, had a cutting edge, is obviously very stiff, and had some width to help pry things apart. Once all the way around, pryed the clear lens off starting at the corner of turn signal lamp. It took 3 - 4 times in the oven to get it off. Then another couple times to remove the permaseal. If you don't crack the clear lens then using butyl tape will seal it up.
I have my projectors temp mounted - waiting for my premium shrouds to go in before final alignment and reseal.
