Anyone ever seen a tie down anchor, that first off, uses the Existing bed floor bolts, and fold down and lays flat when not in use? I don't want a rail anchor system, I don't want to drill any holes in the bed. I just sometimes wish I had a more convenient anchor point.

I'm thinking something that looks like this, more or less, but designed to fit the contours of a F150 bed floor.
