sony system isn't worth the upgrade IMO, the old audiophile on the 04-08's i feel were much better sounding. If you are going to spend the money go aftermarket and get something higher quality cheaper than piecing together factory parts

hey if you like the Sony System go for it. Check out a Radio installer there all all kinds of adapters being made these days so you don't have to hack your trucks wiring. Any good installer should have a book and be able to get you an adapter kit if needed.

Not worth the hassle. Also, I'm certain the wiring is not there to just add the parts.

If you want a nice upgrade, replace the speakers and add an amp. I already replaced the speakers in my truck with Infinity components and it was a huge improvement. But it still sucks ***** compared to my Fusion with the same speakers. So an amp would go a long way in this truck to get the speakers sounding great.
