Good deal? New Lariat Limited

Just wanted to get a second opinion on a truck I'm looking at. 2011 Lariat Limited. It already has tint and a bed rug. It also has a fiberglass tonneau but I negotiated them to take $1000 off and remove it since I want to go with a Retrax pro. They're asking $43k. This price includes dealer incentives already.

My gut feel is that it's a decent deal but probably not the best. Just wanted to make sure I'm not getting boned at this price point.

Thanks

What was MSRP? I've found that it's pretty easy to get $9,000 off of MSRP when the truck is ~$45,000 MSRP.

Where are you located in TX? I think pricing will be very dependent on your region too. Just read in another thread that Mac Haik Ford has very competitive pricing.

Im in Houston. I looked and could only find two Lariat Limiteds near Houston, one in Angleton and the other in Pasadena. The next closest were San Antonio and New Braunfels.

I picked up the one from AC Collins in Pasadena this evening for 42K and change. Feel pretty good about the deal. Didn't let them bed me over on my '06 FX4 trade in I think.

That 6.2L sure is torquey... Can't wait to lower it a little, get a retrax pro tonneau and eventually a Whiple blower.
