The OP is right, and should have listened to his friends! I bought a Chrysler 300C back in 2005. With only 800 miles on it the gauge cluster went out and had to be replaced. So, doing some quick math, using only my car as an example, 100% of ALL American made cars FAIL within 800 miles. Although now I have a F150, 2500 miles with no problems, so my updated numbers are 50% of ALL American made cars FAIL within 800 miles. Sure doesn't look good for the Americans, guess its time I go give my hard earned money to another country's government.
If anyone wants I can make a quick pie chart to illustrate my findings, because as we all know, a pie chart cannot lie.

The last time I saw a Tundra, I could hear Cyndi Lauper's 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun' blasting, and the windows were closed. Worse, I could see the guy singing along. Not joking...
Since OP thinks that one bad apple means they're all bad, does that mean that all Tundra owners are ********? I saw one, so they must all be. Right???
Things break. It just happens. Doesn't matter what you drive, who it's made by, where it's assembled, or what your boyfriend tried to tell you before you bought it. I can tell you that evap failures are usually caused by overfilling the fuel tank. Not always, but usually.
Starting a thread in an F-150 enthusiast site to tout the Tundra that you don't own as superior, just because it's an Asian-branded vehicle is retarded.
Happy trolling!

It would be wierd for me to add a Magnapack to my truck for my neighbor.
I will continue to enjoy my "stupid" upgrades while you continue to throw a fit.
