Need Help with UpGrade Headlamps

Stage3 motorsports sells an aftermarket headlight they call an "LED Projector
Headlight" by a company called Matrix Lightning. Not sure what all you want as an LED headlight though, this is projector low beams, I think just the running lights are LED? Maybe someone on here knows better. As far as I am aware, the only true LED headlights (low beams not just running lights) are offered by Audi, and were only recently approved as OEM equipment. But again I could be wrong.
