Anyone have 35's on stock Platinum wheels?

So I did the research, ended up going with the Auto Spring 2.5" front and 1.5" rear level kit for my '09 Platinum. Pretty easy choice for the price. Now on to tire selection. Did a little more research...got a little more confused..

After seeing similar setups easily accomodate 305/55/20, width wise anyway, and room for 35's with trimming, I looked at the 295/65/20 Trail Grapplers. 35.1" of height and 11.6" wide.

Definitely will fit width wise, but not that much a difference from stock width on so tall a tire...I decided I wanted to go a little wider so I looked around some more...

And found one guy saying his setup in 305/55/20 on LT tires (which came out to be 12.6" wide) rubbed, but 305/55/20 non LT (12.4") did NOT rub (Terra Grapplers),

so I started looking at the 35x12.5x20 Trail Grapplers..

Seemingly, as long as these run true to size, I should be just shy of rubbing at full lock, and with trimming be able to squeeze them in. There is literally 8 dollars total difference between the price for the two sets of tires, so it is just a question of which is better. Is any of my reasoning totally off here, or can I fit the 35x12.5x20, understanding I may have minor rub issues due to the aggressive tread and will need to do some trimming.

Thanks in Advance
Max

I think my post may have gotten a little convoluted. Basically, after hearing that guys physical measurements of his two tires on stock wheels come out different than all the online calculators said they should come out, just wanted to see if anyone had a comparable physical measurement, since obviously the same size tire can be slightly different from manufacturer to manufacturer....

I have the 35 x 12.50 x 20 trails on my stock 2007 20" wheels on my 07 FX4 with a 3" A/S kit F&R and they rub at full lock even with a 1/4" wheel spacer in the front. I can almost gaurantee the 20" platinum wheels have the same backspacing as my wheels do, so if I rub, you will too.
