Intakes are not for everyone! If you want more power, more throttle response, a more pronounced sound with out being drone-y, look into the AirAid system.

Something is fishy with that dyno chart. The numbers on the graph are representative of what you would see at the flywheel on an EB, not at the wheels. So did they pull the engine for their dyno runs? Seems kinda odd. Why do all that extra work? I think most people would want to see how the product performs in the actual vehicle, not on an engine stand.

I just pulled the pin on this kit along with the Borla ATAK exhaust for my '11, 5.0 . I'll try first with just the CAI and then with the CAI and exhaust and give a "seat of the pants" feedback. No tunes though, YET. I'm still trying to decide that one.
One thing I can report though, Charles at AJUSA is really good to deal with from what I've experienced so far, answered a bunch of questions and had quick email feedback, Thanks !!

The links you provided are the intake basket and filter even though it is called a system the tube doesn't appear to be there. Wouldn't the tube be also something you'd want.
So is part 401-299 the one with the tube also and not just the basket and filter? Is the 401-299-1 just the basket and filter?
I am comparing pricing and am trying to ensure I get the best bang for the money but not sure if the tube is necessary but seems to be a wanted item if you are going to get the full benefit, right?!?
Also, to answer my earlier question - oiled filter is 820 CFM, while the dry is 1400 CFM.
I can't get an answer on if the dry traps the same as the oil but from the CFM off the website it seems to appear that it doesn't.
What about the prefilter? I can't seem to find details about it's affect on the airaid filter whether it decreases CFM % and what additional filtration it does.
Not sure why this information is not redially available or is it just not everyone cares but if I am going to change something on my truck, I want the details.
