complaints about dealers

I want to buy a new 150 from one of two dealers, What is the best way to check for past problems people have had with the dealers, service dept, etc..? Maybe the Better Business Bureau for one?

There are many people on here. This is a great resource, if you don't have a problem letting us know the location and name of your dealership.

It generally will always be like going to a dentist or doctor. Most people are going to have different opinions. Just like here.

OK, the two dealers I am considering for a new 150 purchase are Titus-Will Ford in Tacoma, Wa. the other is Bickford Ford in Snohomish,Wa. has anyone had bad experiences with either of these two?

You can take the truck to a dealer any where for service, go to which ever dealer gives you the best price on the truck.

2 things to try. First, you can see if the have any feedback from people with
you local Better B.B. site. Second, Wash.state may or may not have a Consumers Protection Bureau. If so try and find out the same info as you
would with the B.B.B. from them. It's a state agency, and that's what you
pay taxes for.

Peoples opinion on dealers are like aholes everybody has one. But with that said if there is a crappy dealer most of the area knows about it. Personally there are two things to look at, there are dealers to buy from and dealers to get service, some can do both. Personally if I get the best price for what I want I can deal with a crappy dealer, saving money is more important. Now service is two different things. Sometimes it has to deal with location. My ford dealer is 20mins away the next one is 40mins away, not worth almost two hours driving time to get to the other dealer. Some people value donuts and comfortable seat while they wait, some people value getting the job done. It all depends on what you want.

Hang around the service entrance some morning and ask the folks bringing their car in for service how they like the place.
