2011 f150 with 10" tablet head unit

So my android tablet is now my new new head unit. I have it synced with my phone and get wifi in the truck and access to all my music n videos on the cloud. Has sirius, am/FM, PANDORA, GOOGLE music, itunes. Plus a 10" gps is always a good thing. Mounted it with a window cell phone holder. Basically just flipped the window holder backwards so the suction cup holds thr tablet and is screwed into the dash insert.

Cool idea, But that looks like it creates a serious blind spot!

Looks nice, but be sure to check your state laws. Could easily be considered a video screen which is not allowed forward of the b-pillars in many states.

Is it a bit of a reach to touch the screen?

he can pick it up from hot spots or his tablet has a data package, only two ways of doing it. Cool but I agree this could be a ticket in the making or an accident.

yeah I dont know. Unless sirius has some sort of data package, I thought sync offered some sort of plan as well. Its cool but I think it fits the over board category, just a little to much.

Be careful on running the hotspot for too long though. If it's obvious that theres an incredible amount of hotspot usage and and Sprint notices the can terminate your contract and deny service to you.
