Squeaky truck

Why does my new truck sound like there is an old metal hampster wheel spining behind the dashboard? I traded in my 2010 that was quiet as can be, but this truck squeaks away at evey little bump.

How have some of you been able to locate the sourse of the squeak?

My truck squeaked one day but it sounded like it was the suspension (thinking about it now it was after I washed it) only lasted one day then it went away.

Does the sound change when you decrease/increase the fan speed?

Only thing that squeaks on my truck is the passenger door, it's the rubber covers.

My truck used to squeak going over any kind of bump. 2010 F150...it was the tailgate springs, a little WD-40 and it went away...hasn't came back.
