Is it ebony black or tuxedo black? If it's ebony I'd get them powdercoated. I doubt they could match tuxedo black with powdercoating. I had the bumpers on my 06 F150 painted black and I had the bumpers on my Bronco powdercoated black. The powdercoating was cheaper and it's on it's 4th winter with no chipping at all. The painted bumpers on my 06 didn't see any winters and still had some chips.

I have the same problem with my tuxedo black bumpers and hood. Its way worse than I had expected. I'm thinking about doing what mtnbikes suggested.
We did my wife's G8 a couple of years ago and it has held up great. Don't know why we didn't get mine covered at the dealer. Now its going to cost a lot more.

Line-x on anything other than the inside of the bed and perhaps the wheel wells is a bad look IMHO. Gets too bulky and cheap looking. I know some guys around here have done the whole 2 tone with line-x thing, but i just don't feel it. Like Nassty said, powder coat is your best option, depending on your truck color.
The Canadian winters haven't done any major damage to my front bumper... but I tend to pass people who are going slower than I want to. Perhaps try not sticking to other people's rear bumpers in the future..... you must have one of those '11 motors that won't allow you to pass on the highway without a 3 mile run at it.
