New Truck!

Well I traded my 2005 Fx4 in, It had 93K miles and was just getting wore out and I Work at a deaership and had the Itch for a new one. I was going to go all out and get a Platinum or FX4 But we had this 11' left and I just could'nt pass it up. It is just an XLT but I really like it and have no complaints getting this over the FX4 or Platinum other than the factory stereo, So im upgraded that already and put a 2" readylift and 305/55/20 Toyo Open Country A/T and 20x9 Fuel Hostage wheels. I love this setup!!

I'd get the handles from the Platinum model with the chrome pull handle, the bucket part already comes painted from Ford. Since you work at a dealer, you can probably get a good deal on them, if not order from Tasca.

the only problem I have with painted door handle buckets.. is that over time when reaching to open the handle I do a number on the paint over the years with my fingernails...scratches them up and shows wear over time..

BTW I love the wheels!

Congrats on the new truck, it looks great. I looked at my buddys 12' Platinum yesterday and its a nice truck since he ordered it the way I wanted mine to be. Its really not to much different then my loaded Fx4 but the seats are really nice in the Platinum. The leather is just so much softer.

Very nice! That is my favorite color (was the color of my 2010 F150 XLT).

A little rubbing compound and some elbow grease will fix those scratches right up.

Good looking truck! I think the ptm door handles would look great.
