It was a great car. It was really quick up to about 65 mph, then it kind of leveled off. I made 3 passes at the 1/4 mile track and had a best of a 15.9.

What I really loved about it was the handling. Heres a couple pics. I painted the wheels

98 Mustang pic - I removed the badges and welded up the holes in the fenders.

SVO Mustang

I will have some truck pics today. Its not raining!

Thats cool I was thinking about a SVT Focus to drive around town when I don't need my truck. They are really cheap around here and most of my drive to work is backroads with a lot of nice curves. I already had the fast car itch and now I want something that handles good while getting decent mpg's. I can never make up my mind lol.

I only got about 26-28mpg. Thats good, but not that good for a 2dr 4cyl hatch. It is also recommended by ford that you run premium fuel only.

26-28 sounds better than the 13 mpg I get now lol. I always use 93 in all my cars too, so thats no problem. I'm gonna have to wait now though, buying a house tomorrow.

I added some pictures to the first post.

After 300 miles logged, I still cant find anything to complain about.
avg. mpg according to the dash is 20.2 at this point.
If I was being really picky I would whine about the sound quality of the stereo :P
The passenger side speaker seems to get fuzzy occasionally. I guess it could just be poor reception, but it only happens on the pass. side.
In reality it is a stripped down XL I didnt expect much at all from the radio.

I had a few cars in the past that required 93, so it became a habit. Also my current truck (5.4) seems to prefer 93 as well.

Unless you have a tuner, you are 100% wasting your money
