Just picked up my new truck!

Just picked up my new truck. Its my first new one ever and im really happy with it.
I do keep thinking the odometer is the trip meter though!

Its a 2012 STX 5.0 2wd. I picked out these options
STX decor package
carpet
3.55 E Locker
SYNC
Tow Package

i plan on getting the windows tinted fairly soon, want to lower it ASAP, but dont want to void any warranties. ill also be getting the bedliner done at some point... we'll see where it goes from there

Nice truck! I have the same one except 4x4 and I have the man step. The 5.0 regular cab is awesome!

yeah i love it so far, it only has 30 miles on it right now

anyone know if those STX stickers are under the clear? it doesnt look like they are, but the salesman told me that they might be. ive noticed numerous guys have them taken off and i doubt they would all have their box repainted just for that

Hit it with a hairdryer and peel from the corner. Use some adhesive remover like Goo Gone after and coat it with wax. Real easy.

Truck looks great.

Since the truck is so new you can just lift a corner of the sticker with your fingernail and peel them off w/out heating. At least that's how mine came off. I did chase the spot with some wax because it did leave a tiny bit of adhesive on the paint. Took all of 2 mintues to do including waxing.
Nice truck BTW, hope you enjoy it.

thanks guys, hopefully the weather will cooperate and i wil have time to go and take that sticker off.

and yeah i traded in the red truck to take advantage of the 750 cash back when you trade in a vehicle newer than 95

Lower it, remove step rails, tint windows and some 22'' Harley rims.
