OK DUDE

1. Check the sliding window (if you have one)
--Try cracking the window and driving. If it stops, then the seal thing on the passenger side of the window has dried out and it is squeaking against the glass.

My truck was squeaking but only in hot weather and only when the slider in back was completely closed. Try putting something on it to lube it up a bit. That's what fixed mine.

The noise was really bad when going over anything bumpy or when it was hot

see if this works

Ever think your exhaust could be making the squeak? I had mine done (altho an older truck) and it wasnt tightened down enough, and it made a squeak over bumps and such, which sounded to come from the rear of the cab. Just food for thought.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I am going to recheck that rear window.
Also the squeak does not change weather the truck only ha a driver or if you have a passenger in each seat.
When towing a trailer the sound seems to be less but I'm unsure if that's because of the load on the suspension not letting the truck bounce around as much. But if you go over some serious bumps it does not matter if im pulling a heavy trailer.

I had a squeak in mine that turned out to be the rear passenger door latch on the drivers side. It was almost impossible to detect, sounded like it could be coming from the rears seat, rear window, rear door, or even the bed but to my surprise it was the latch. I accidentally confirmed this one day when the door was partially latched and the sound went away. Some WD-40 fixed it for good.

I hope you find where it is.

So an update....
I've checked everything you guys suggested and nothing.
The truck went back to the dealer for a week and what happens when I take it for a tet drive? Squeak city. The service "director" swore up and down that they took it on multiple test drives and couldn't hear anything but as soon as I took him with me it started squeaking.
I asked him what they repaired and he said they found the noise coming from the drivers seat side paneling plastic. So they put a piece of felt on the plastic. I got pissed and said "so after a month of the truck being here you find the faulty component and instead of replacing it you put a piece of tape on it ?"
I might as well have called him a dirty name because he got mad and didn't talk to me after that like a child.
They ordered the "faulty part" and not they want me to return it when it comes in. I told them that if they do t come pick the truck up from my house then I am getting it towed in at their expense. I'm tired of missing work to take that dang truck in over and over.

Too far out of the way for it to be practical.
Update is ford called and said the part they ordered was on the way and they would pick up my truck when it arrived.
I asked if what they will do if this does not fix the truck and they told me that will take it to another dealer and give them one chance before buying back my truck.
To tell you the truth at this point if they bought the truck back I would not complain. I'm over this truck and time to move on.
I love my truck and it's brand new but I have zero confidence in the quality of it now

really?!?!? they'd buy a truck back for a squeaking noise?? I hear people getting the run-around for major engine issues and other problems. Not saying anything bad on you, just surprised by them.
