Issue with the Power Receptacle

Anyone have any issues with the power receptacle at the rear of the flow through center console? I went to plug something into it, cell phone charger, today and it's completely loose. Anything you plug in to it just wobbles all around. It will work, turn off because it's so loose, etc. It was always really tight and I thought it was normal but I'm guessing it wasn't supposed to be like that and finally gave up. Quick fix or is this a dealer trip??

Mine are tight, but all three of my plugs are not working, hopefully its just a fuse or fuses. With it being the back plug maybe someone hit it.

It depends what I plug in it. I plugged my cell charger in, and it was loose and not working. I spread/bent the prongs out a little to achieve a tighter fit, and it started working.

The only thing I have ever plugged in it was my iPhone charger, no one was ever in the vehicle at the time so no way it got hit. In the beginning it was super tight, felt like I had to force it, now it nearly falls out.

Anyone? I still haven't got my truck into the dealer. I wish someone knew how to fix it easily.
