No when my Sync had issues in the my truck it turned out they needed to replace the sync module which took a few days but had been almost flawless since even though the iphone and microsoft dont play well together lol. My biggest problem is when it dials the wrong number but ill take sync over siri any day lol. I have a lot more choice names for siri when I use it. I wish you guys luck in getting it fixed.

I learned something new. I didn't know you could play music from the phone through the Bluetooth system on the truck.

It certainly helped the voice command recognition, however, I could advance songs on my Blackbery with the radio keys... but now I can't even though the music plays. I think the software is "buggy". It may be an overall compatibility issue with the phone if it is marginal to some "Bluetooth Interface Specifiction". I am going to try to back out the last updatre to see if the advance key is restored.

Funny you say that you had 3 SYNC updates, I went to my Dealer and they claim there is NO updates for my 2011...

Check Synchmyride.com and put in your VIN#. Have you set up you account on Syncmyride? Could be that you are up to date, but mine wasn't..

Update, for anyone having this same problem I can say that pulling the radio/NAV/dvd fuse in the lower passenger side kick pannel DID in fact fix my problem, albeit that little fuse was a bi*tch to get back in...

So I set up my account on syncmyride.com, and I DO have 2 updates for my system, yet my dealer said there are no updates for my 11' F-150, weird...

Good.

Remember, it is a microsoft system, so an occasional reboot does wonders.
