Have not had time. Just found out a couple of days ago that it was not working. Before, I could turn on the music on my BB, then give the audio commands to the system and the recorded music would play over the syste. Now, nothing. I even tried using the USB cable and there was nothing.

Do you have more than 1 phone setup for your system? I have a Droid Razr Maxx for personal use, and an iPhone for work. Both are paired to the system, but the Droid is the primary. Sometimes my Sync system will want to pair to the iPhone first. I've had that issue in several different cars/stereo head units. Usually have to delete everything from the head unit, and from both phones before I can get it straightened out. Make sure your phone is the primary. Otherwise... Aux cable??? Lol; JK Good luck!

mine does it randomly as well.
The last thing i'm going to do while driving 400 miles is stop to pull a fuse or reset the battery to have music. It's been happening more and more frequently lately, I just don't have the time where i can leave my truck at the dealer for 3 weeks. Followed by a "theres nothing wrong" or "it's the phone not the truck"

Which for me is 60% of the time, SYNC is a POS system that ford did not test nearly enough before releasing in the f150. Way too many bugs which I highly doubt will ever get fixed

I have a 2011 which I just bought with 13K miles. The truck is about 10months old (delivered in Secember of 2011) and it had three Sync updates when I went to Syncmyride.com after I bought the truck. It certainly helped the voice command recognition, however, I could advance songs on my Blackbery with the radio keys... but now I can't even though the music plays. I think the software is "buggy". It may be an overall compatibility issue with the phone if it is marginal to some "Bluetooth Interface Specifiction". I am going to try to back out the last updatre to see if the advance key is restored.
