MOD questions/help

I have a 2010 FX4 5.4 and I did the "GOTTS" mod to it already, put a K&N air filter in it, I also have an SCT SF3 programmer and am currently running the 87 octane tune. So I'm wondering what else can be done to it to give it some more HP (nothing crazy) but something noticeable. Jut seeing what others with the same truck have done and if they like their MODS. I have heard different things about CAI just wondering what everyone thought about it. Thanks!

Do the CAI and a cat-back exhaust, should sound and feel like an improvement.

I see that you have a CAI and borla pipes on your 2009 FX4. Did they make a difference?

They did for me they gave me a more power from the stop and made the truck sound great lol. Highway I was getting 17mpg at 75mph and since most of my driving was highway Ill take it. It had fallen lately which is why the switch from the falling apart aFe and being replaced with the Airaid. Have a trip monday to see if im back in the 17 range rather then the 15.5 range. I clean my filter around every 3k rather then waiting for 5k or looking dirty.

Would you recommend Airaid CAI over K&N CAI?

I have never used a K&N cai so I can't say. With current discount on the airaid I think I would go that route which is why I bought it rebate and discount was to good to pass for me.

And you think its worth the money? As far as power goes? also how loud is it, in and out of the truck? Any MPG gain?

I think their worth the money MPG is going to depend on how you drive I drive my truck as if its in the nascar race most of the time so my mpgs arent the best but hwy driving my mpgs are 16.5-17.5 is the highest I have ever seen. As far as loud I dont think I noticed any sound difference other then the borla sounded better. I think I have some pics in my album of the aFe and my new Airaid systems on my truck.
